Shipping Policy

• We are currently delivering product across India through standard courier
• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 15 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us info@textile-india.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Exchange Policy

• All purchases are final, and goods once delivered cannot be accepted back through any other mode.
• We extend our customer service policy further – and allow online purchase products to be exchanged at our store within 7 days of receipt, you require to product Online Purchase Invoice along with shipping copy for the exchange.
  
  

Refund Policy

• All purchases are final.
• In case of non-availability or delay in product delivery, client can choose option to take credit of order amount in online account, and can re-order other available product.

Textile India takes care to ship the orders in good condition,    properly polythene packed and then wrapped in packing paper.

Textile India is not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

The actual color may differ slightly from that shown due to lighting differences, individual pc monitor color settings, photographer styles, etc.

Textile India has the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud

Refunds will be made for only valid claims via the same method of payment as used to place the order. No cash refund will be entertained. All refunds after deducting payment processing fees and respective charges applied by bank and transport agency

In case if goods returned undelivered due to shipping address fault than textile-india reserves to charge shipping cost and processing fees while refunding amount.

If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately to address mentioned on our website. All complaints will be acknowledged within two working day
For urgent delivery you require to contact separately to our contact address after placing order. Urgent delivery requests are subject to availability of good and shipping time.
Credit card details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Textile-India  will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Textile-India . Further the said information will be not be utilized and shared by Textile-India  with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order.

Confirmation:

You understand, declare and agree that:

• Credit Cards used by you are fully owned by you.

Suspension due to non-compliance with Agreement:

Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available to Textile-India , Textile-India  may in its sole discretion limit User activity by immediately removing User listing either temporarily or indefinitely or suspend or terminate User membership, and/or refuse to provide User with access to the Site:

• If the User is in breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or the Terms and conditions of usage of Textile-India ;
• If the User has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information;
• If your actions may cause any harm, damage or loss to the other Users or Textile-India .

Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Service, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the textile-india.com will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In any case liability of Textile-india.com is not more than actual product value.
